You see, here's where we really start to have some fun!

You send a letter outlining your complaint to me at jack@bitchersmound.com. Make sure you outline your rant in excruciating detail. Send me any pertinent documentation that you deem necessary. Give me dates, times, the names of people you talked to... everything! Let me know if you want me to include your name, and whether or not you want me to contact the company, or if you just want to blow off some steam.
Then, I will put your complaint on the page that follows this one. At the same time, I will fire off a letter to the offending party, and request their side of the story. When it's received, I will forward their response to you, and, at the same time, post it here for the whole world to see.
