Ok... so maybe I've got a few "issues."

The cold hard fact of the matter is, somewhere along the line, I got sick and tired of being shuffled around and ultimately ignored by people who exist primarily to separate me from my money.

I learned that I could write. In fact, my brother taught me that.

When we were kids, he used to write these witty little stories and I'd read them and think, "Hell, I can do that!"

So, once again, I stole his idea. I started writing.

I've written plays that have been produced, poems that have been published, editorials that have raised the ire of the populace (I don't think I'm allowed to go to Texas anymore...), song parodies that have been performed, and songs that have been recorded. And, while there's a huge amount of gratification in all of this, some of the most satisfying writing is letters designed to take on the bullies.

I have a pet peeve about falling victim to corporations who do not come through on their promises. While I honestly don't believe that their overall intention is to screw me, I do believe that many entities will just let that happen unless they're made aware.

Come with me now as I take you on a journey of corporate America and their customer service practices.
